Design VIP Customer Tier Structure

Design a VIP tier structure for my Shopify store selling [PRODUCT_TYPE].

I want [NUMBER_OF_TIERS] tiers with the following names and annual spend thresholds:

  
  
  
  


Each tier should include escalating benefits such as points multipliers, free shipping thresholds, exclusive discounts, and early access to new products. The qualification period should reset every [RESET_PERIOD] months.

Specify the exact benefits per tier including:

  Points earning multiplier (base is [BASE_MULTIPLIER]x)
  Free shipping threshold or unconditional free shipping
  Birthday reward value
  Exclusive discount percentage
  Access to member-only [EXCLUSIVE_BENEFIT] events or products


After designing the tiers, create a customer segment for each one, filtered on annual spend within its threshold range (e.g. “TIER_2_NAME” = amount spent between $[TIER_2_MIN_SPEND] and $[TIER_2_MAX_SPEND] in the last [RESET_PERIOD] months), so each tier exists as a real, targetable segment.

Include customer communication templates for tier upgrades, tier maintenance reminders when a customer is [DAYS_BEFORE_RESET] days from the reset date, and a welcome message for each tier. Also outline how to display tier status on the customer account page.
