Sidekick: Low-Stock Transfer Alert (Shopify Flow)

Build a Shopify Flow low-stock alert for my store so I know when to move inventory between locations. I operate [NUMBER_OF_LOCATIONS] locations:
[LOCATION_LIST]

Flow to build:

  Trigger: inventory quantity for [PRODUCT_OR_COLLECTION] at [LOCATION_NAME] falls below [MIN_THRESHOLD] units.
  Condition (optional): only fire for products tagged [TAG] or in collection [COLLECTION_NAME].
  Action: tag the product with “[LOW-STOCK-TAG]” (e.g. “needs-transfer”) so I can filter for it in admin, AND send a notification (Slack/email/internal notification, whichever Flow action is available) to [NOTIFY_RECIPIENT] with the product name, location, and current quantity.


Before turning it on:

  Show me the full Flow steps (trigger, conditions, actions) as a preview.
  Confirm which location(s) and product scope it will apply to.
  Ask for my confirmation before activating.


After I confirm, build and activate the Flow:

  Create the Flow with the trigger/condition/action above and turn it on.
  Confirm it’s active and tell me exactly what will happen the next time a matching product drops below [MIN_THRESHOLD] at [LOCATION_NAME].


Note: moving the stock between locations, approving the transfer, and tracking its shipment status is a manual step for me once I get the alert — Sidekick’s job here is the trigger + notification, not the physical transfer.
