Sidekick: Speed Up Checkout with Express Pay Buttons

Help me shorten my checkout using Shopify’s native settings (Shopify’s checkout is a fixed multi-step flow that can’t be restructured into a single page — even on Plus checkout extensibility, express payments are the real lever):

    Express checkout settings - Go to Settings > Checkout and confirm Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are enabled and ordered so returning customers can skip the manual form entirely.
  
  
    Shop Pay prominence - Check whether Shop Pay is set to show first in the express checkout section, since it lets logged-in customers complete checkout in effectively one step.
  
  
    Autofill-friendly fields - Confirm standard browser autofill attributes are working on the checkout form (native to Shopify checkout) so manual entry is as fast as possible for new customers.
  
  
    Draft the messaging - Write a one-line prompt for my cart page (“Check out faster with Shop Pay”) encouraging express checkout adoption.
  


List what’s enabled today vs what changed, and flag anything (like true single-page layout or field reordering) that needs Plus checkout extensibility and a developer.
