  Make the ask clear and simple
  Include a direct one-click link to leave a review
  If photo reviews matter, explain how to add photos
  Mention any incentive without making it feel transactional


Email 2 - Gentle Follow-Up (5-7 days after Email 1, non-reviewers only):

  Shorter and more direct
  Acknowledge they are busy
  Reiterate the value of their opinion
  Offer an alternative (star rating only if full review feels like too much)
  Final mention of any incentive


For each email provide subject line, preview text, and body copy.
Keep emails short. The goal is to reduce friction, not overwhelm.
Include a dynamic product image placeholder to remind them what they bought.
Suggest optimal send times based on common e-commerce patterns.
