Sidekick: Add Product Page Cross-Sell Section

Help me add a cross-sell recommendation section to my product pages, without custom theme code:

Store name: [YOUR STORE NAME]
Budget: [BUDGET]
Priority: [PRIORITY - e.g. tag/vendor-based matching / manual override control / mobile carousel / bundle discount on add]
Collection to target: [COLLECTION NAME]
Matching rules: shared tags [TAG 1]/[TAG 2], same product type or vendor
Manual override example: [PRODUCT] should recommend [CROSS-SELL PRODUCT]

Do the following:


  App comparison - Compare 2-3 top Shopify App Store apps for product-page cross-sell / recommendation widgets (e.g. Selleasy Bundles & Cross-Sell, Also Bought – Frequently Bought Together, ReConvert). For each, list pricing tier and feature coverage: tag/vendor-based auto-matching, manual per-product overrides, carousel/grid layout options, and add-to-cart discount rules.
  Recommendation - Recommend the top pick given my [BUDGET] and [PRIORITY].
  Install - Initiate installation of the recommended app from the Shopify App Store.
  Confirm & next steps - Confirm the install completed and summarize what to configure inside that app: cross-sell rules for the “[COLLECTION NAME]” collection showing [NUMBER] items per product, a section title like “[SECTION TITLE]”, the manual override ([PRODUCT] → [CROSS-SELL PRODUCT]), a [DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE]% bundle discount if offered, and a [grid/carousel/list] layout.


Note: variant handling, out-of-stock exclusion, mobile carousel behavior, and click-through/add-to-cart analytics are configured inside the installed app’s own dashboard, not in Shopify admin theme code.
