  Email 1 ([WARNING_1_DAYS] days before expiry): soft reminder that their code [DISCOUNT_CODE] expires soon
  Email 2 ([WARNING_2_DAYS] days before expiry): repeat the offer with a direct link to shop
  Email 3 ([WARNING_3_DAYS] days before expiry, final notice): last-chance urgency, no more reminders after this


Each email needs a subject line and body copy under 150 words.

Also create a customer segment of everyone who was sent [DISCOUNT_CODE] but hasn’t used it, so these emails only go to people who still need the nudge.

Note: a real points-balance expiration system (per-transaction rolling clocks, tier exemptions, automatic forfeiture) needs a third-party loyalty app’s ledger — Sidekick can draft the reminder copy but can’t run that logic natively.
