POD Shipping Configuration

I need to configure shipping rates for my print-on-demand Shopify store. Sidekick can’t pull rates from my supplier’s account directly, so I’ll supply them — please configure Shopify with these details:

Please help me:


  Set up Shopify shipping zones that match my primary selling markets and the fulfillment locations above.
  Create a shipping profile for POD products, separate from any physical inventory products, since POD ships directly from the supplier.
  Create rate rules in each zone using the exact prices I pasted above: domestic standard, domestic express, international economy, international standard.
  Set up a free shipping rate for orders over [DOLLAR AMOUNT] within the zone(s) I specify, and flag whether it stays profitable against my average order value based on the rates I gave you.
  Draft the shipping policy page copy covering production time (typically [NUMBER] business days), transit time, customs/duties expectations for international orders, and what to do if a package is lost or delayed.
  Confirm the mixed-cart scenario (POD + physical product) doesn’t double-charge shipping, and flag it if it needs a shipping profile adjustment.
