Create order milestone celebration emails:

Brand name: [YOUR BRAND NAME]
Product type: [WHAT YOU SELL]
Brand tone: [WARM/PLAYFUL/PREMIUM/HEARTFELT]
Milestone rewards: [DISCOUNT/FREE GIFT/LOYALTY POINTS/EXCLUSIVE ACCESS/NONE]

Create emails for these milestones:


  Second Purchase (New to Loyal):
    
      Celebrate their return with genuine enthusiasm
      Reinforce they made a great choice coming back
      Suggest they are now part of the “family”
      Offer a small reward or exclusive content
    
  
  Fifth Purchase (Loyal Customer):
    
      Acknowledge their consistent support
      Share a meaningful stat (e.g., “You have been with us since [date]”)
      Offer a more significant reward
      Invite them into a VIP or loyalty program if applicable
    
  
  Tenth Purchase (Brand Advocate):
    
      Deep appreciation and personal tone
      Consider a handwritten-style message from the founder
      Offer the best reward tier
      Invite them to share their story or join a referral program
    
  
  One-Year Anniversary:

      Share a personalized recap if possible (total orders, favorite products)

For each email provide subject line, preview text, and full body copy.
Make each milestone feel genuinely different, not just the same template with different numbers.

In addition to the copy, build the automations in Shopify Flow:

  Second Purchase: trigger “Order created” with condition customer order count equals 2.
  Fifth Purchase: trigger “Order created” with condition customer order count equals 5.
  Tenth Purchase: trigger “Order created” with condition customer order count equals 10.
  One-Year Anniversary: trigger on a recurring scheduled check comparing the customer’s first order date to today, yearly.
For each, configure the Flow action to send the corresponding email via Shopify Email/Messaging, and create the discount code or reward referenced above where applicable.
