Build a Shopify Flow that:

  Triggers when a customer’s order count reaches [ORDER_COUNT_TRIGGER] (e.g., every 3rd order)
  Generates a discount code worth [DISCOUNT_VALUE] off their next order
  Tags the customer with [LOYAL_CUSTOMER_TAG] so I can track them in a segment
  Sends a Shopify Messaging email letting them know about the reward


Also create a customer segment of everyone tagged [LOYAL_CUSTOMER_TAG] so I can see how many repeat customers I have.

Note: this replaces a true points-balance/redemption-tier system, which needs a third-party loyalty app (Smile, LoyaltyLion) since Shopify has no native points ledger.
