Build a Gift Finder Quiz for Shoppers

You are a Shopify Sidekick assistant. Help me set up a gift finder quiz for my store — the quiz logic itself lives inside a quiz app, so use Sidekick for app selection, installation, and the content that goes into it.

My store sells [PRODUCT_TYPE] across [NUMBER_OF_COLLECTIONS] collections.
I want the quiz to have [NUMBER_OF_QUESTIONS] questions guiding shoppers to the right gift.
Key decision factors for my products are [DECISION_FACTORS].

Please help me:

Recommend a quiz app from the Shopify App Store suitable for gift recommendation and initiate installation.
Draft the quiz questions that narrow down by recipient type, occasion, budget, and preferences.
Write engaging question copy and answer options for each of the [NUMBER_OF_QUESTIONS] questions.
Map each answer combination to specific products or collections in my catalog for me to enter into the app.
Add a homepage banner/section promoting the quiz, and a navigation link under [NAV_SECTION].
Create a customer segment of quiz completers (once the app tags them) so I can follow up with targeted campaigns.

Give me the app recommendation, the full question/answer script with product mapping, and confirmation of the homepage/nav changes — flag which pieces (question logic, results display, email capture) must be finished inside the quiz app itself.
