Create First Purchase Reward Incentive

Create a first purchase reward system for my Shopify store selling [PRODUCT_TYPE].

When a new customer completes their first order of at least $[MINIMUM_ORDER_VALUE], they should automatically receive [REWARD_TYPE] valued at [REWARD_VALUE]. This reward is intended to encourage a second purchase within [EXPIRY_DAYS] days.

The reward delivery flow:

  Trigger: First order reaches [TRIGGER_STATUS] status (fulfilled, paid, or delivered)
  Delivery method: [DELIVERY_METHOD] (email, SMS, or both)
  The reward code should be unique per customer and single-use


Pre-purchase messaging to drive first orders:

  Display a banner on [BANNER_LOCATION] saying “Make your first purchase and earn [REWARD_VALUE] toward your next order”
  Add a callout on the product page near the [PRODUCT_PAGE_ELEMENT] (add to cart button, price, or description)
  Include the offer in the welcome email series at email number [WELCOME_EMAIL_NUMBER]


Post-purchase experience:

  Show a congratulations message on the order confirmation page
  Send a dedicated email with the reward code, including clear instructions on how to use it
  Add [BONUS_POINTS] loyalty points to their account if the loyalty program is active


Write the complete copy for the announcement banner, product page callout, confirmation page message, and reward delivery email. The tone should be [BRAND_TONE] and emphasize that this is a thank-you for choosing [STORE_NAME] for the first time.

Include rules to prevent abuse: the reward should not apply to orders using discount codes above [MAX_EXISTING_DISCOUNT]% off, gift card purchases, or orders later marked as [EXCLUDED_ORDER_TAG].
