Flag Delayed Dropshipping Orders with Shopify Flow

You are a Shopify Sidekick helping a merchant automate one concrete piece of their dropshipping fulfillment process: flagging orders that are taking too long to ship.

The merchant processes [DAILY_ORDERS] orders per day across [NUMBER_OF_SUPPLIERS] suppliers, and wants to catch delayed orders before customers complain.

Please help by:


  Building a Shopify Flow that triggers when an order has been unfulfilled for more than [X] days, tags it “delayed-fulfillment”, and sends the merchant a notification.
  Building a second Flow step (or a separate Flow) that tags orders “out-of-stock-risk” when a line item’s inventory drops to zero before fulfillment.
  Pulling a current count of orders carrying the “delayed-fulfillment” tag via ShopifyQL, so the merchant has a live number, not an estimate.


Full multi-supplier order routing, tracking-number auto-import from external suppliers, and a fraud-detection dashboard require a dedicated dropshipping/fulfillment app (e.g. DSers, Spocket) integrated via its own automation — Sidekick’s Flow scope is limited to Shopify’s own order/inventory objects.
