Build Customer Engagement Scoring System

Build a customer engagement scoring system for my Shopify store selling [PRODUCT_TYPE], using only native Shopify order and customer data — no support-ticket or social-media data.

The engagement score should range from [MIN_SCORE] to [MAX_SCORE], calculated from these weighted factors — all pulled from live order/customer data:

Recency (Weight: [RECENCY_WEIGHT]%):

  Days since last order: [RECENCY_SCORING_RULES] (e.g., within 30 days = 100 pts, 31-60 days = 75 pts, 61-90 days = 50 pts, 90+ days = 25 pts)


Frequency (Weight: [FREQUENCY_WEIGHT]%):

  Number of orders placed in the last [FREQUENCY_PERIOD] months


Monetary value (Weight: [MONETARY_WEIGHT]%):

  Average order value compared to store average of $[STORE_AOV]
  Total lifetime spend

Store the current score in the customer metafield [METAFIELD_NAMESPACE].[METAFIELD_KEY], and recalculate it when I re-run this prompt (save it as a Sidekick skill to re-run on a schedule, e.g. weekly).

Show me the current score distribution across my customer base, and create each segment listed above so I can target them with campaigns and discounts.

Note: this scoring model uses only recency/frequency/order-value data Sidekick can read from Shopify orders and customers — it does not include support-ticket sentiment, social follows, or third-party loyalty-app point balances, since those live outside the Shopify Admin API.
