Generate the Liquid, CSS, and form markup for a contact form section that I can paste into my theme as a custom section, based on this spec:

Where to paste this: Note that Shopify’s native contact.liquid form already covers basic fields, so tell me whether to extend that template or add a new section, and walk me through adding it via the Shopify theme editor.
