Help me review API access on my Shopify store.

Please:


  List all installed custom and private apps in this store.
  For each app, show the Admin API access scopes it’s been granted.
  Flag any app that has broad or sensitive scopes (e.g., write access to customers, finances/payouts, or orders) so I can review whether that access is still needed.
  Note which apps look inactive or unfamiliar so I know to investigate further.


I’ll use this list to decide whether to revoke or narrow access for any app — that part I’ll do manually in admin.
