Help me require terms-of-service agreement at checkout for my Shopify store:

  Enable the native “require customers to agree to the Terms of Service” checkbox in Settings > Checkout.
  Check which policy pages I have set under Settings > Policies, and flag any that are missing or need updating (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy).


Note: this only covers the native checkbox toggle. Consent-timestamp/IP logging, age-verification checkboxes, and jurisdiction-specific compliance wording (GDPR/CCPA) require legal review — Sidekick can’t issue binding compliance determinations, so have a lawyer draft or review the actual policy text.

How to Use
