Help me make sure special instructions from customers don’t get missed on my Shopify store ([BUSINESS TYPE]):

  Confirm the native order-note field is enabled at checkout (Settings > Checkout).
  Build a Shopify Flow that tags any order containing a note with [HAS_NOTES_TAG].
  Create a saved view/segment of orders tagged [HAS_NOTES_TAG] so my fulfillment team can review them daily.


Note: adding structured checkboxes for common requests alongside the free-text field, or a custom-labeled field like “Delivery instructions,” needs checkout extensibility — this scope uses Shopify’s native order-note field plus Flow tagging.
