Create an abandoned cart email sequence for my store:

Follow this escalation strategy:

  Email 1: Gentle reminder, show cart contents, no discount yet
  Email 2: Address common objections (shipping, returns, trust signals)
  Email 3: Final nudge with urgency or incentive if applicable


Include dynamic placeholders for cart items and customer first name.
Keep copy concise. Every sentence should move the reader toward completing checkout.
Suggest one trust-building element per email (reviews, guarantee, support contact).

In addition to the copy, build the automation in Shopify:

  Create a Shopify Flow triggered by cart/checkout abandonment for each send delay above (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours, 48 hours).
  Configure the trigger conditions (time since abandonment) and the action to send the corresponding email step via Shopify Email/Messaging.
  If a recovery incentive is used, create the discount code with the specified percentage/amount and an expiration tied to the final email.
  Confirm the Flow is turned on and test it against a sample abandoned cart.
